JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Denny Hoskins, R-Warrensburg, discusses the announcement of the new B-21 coming to Whiteman Air Force Base; House Bill 1880, a measure that seeks to modify provisions relating to broadband communications services provided by rural electric cooperatives; House Bill 1368, legislation that would modify the Missouri Returning Heroes Education Act; and Senate Concurrent Resolution 40, which would ask Congress for the calling of an Article V convention of states to propose an amendment to the United States Constitution regarding term limits for members of Congress.
