JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Denny Hoskins, R-Warrensburg, discusses Senate Bill 882, legislation that seeks to modify provisions of the Missouri Higher Education Savings Program. This proposal has been sent to the Missouri House of Representatives for its consideration. He also talks about Senate Bill 773, a measure that would modify provisions related to income tax for certain nonresidents. This proposal has received preliminary Missouri Senate approval, and still needs another positive vote before it could move to the Missouri House of Representatives for similar consideration.
