JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Ed Emery, R-Lamar, discusses House Bill 1880, a measure that seeks to modify provisions relating to broadband communications services provided by rural electric cooperatives; House Bill 1368, legislation that would modify the Missouri Returning Heroes Education Act; Senate Bill 1007, which would modify the state employee merit system; and House Bill 2129, legislation that seeks to require instruction regarding decisions on organ donation for high school students.
