SJR 20 - Upon voter approval, this constitutional amendment requires that, beginning in 2020 and every 10 years thereafter, the sales tax dedicated to conservation purposes be resubmitted to the voters for approval. This joint resolution is identical to HJR 71 (2018) and SJR 16 (2017), is substantially similar to HJR 72 (2018), and is similar to HJR 9 (2017) and HJR 38 (2017). JOSHUA NORBERG
