SB 609 - This act repeals the law relating to the prevailing hourly rate of wages paid for work done on public works. This act is identical to the perfected HCS/HBs 1729, 1621, & 1436 (2018), HB 1293 (2018) and HB 104 (2017) and similar to SB 20 (2017), SB 598 (2016), HB 1931 (2016), SB 128 (2015), SB 30 (2013), HB 949 (1986), and HB 147 (1959).
