SRB 1024 - This act repeals a number of obsolete statutory references in provisions of law regarding state retirement, corrects of a number of incorrect statutory references in provisions of law regarding elections, changes and repeals obsolete statutory references in provisions of law regarding libraries, and repeals a number of sections of law that were declared unconstitutional in the case of Legends Bank v.
