SB 702 - Under this act, either the election authority or the Secretary of State shall furnish records showing the names and addresses of voters within the jurisdiction of the election authority who requested an absentee ballot in any specific election. Such records shall notate which voters returned their ballots to the election authority. SCOTT SVAGERA
