SB 673 - Under this act, no teacher, employee of a school district, or superintendent of a school district shall use public funds for the purpose of attempting to influence the decisions or otherwise lobbying the executive branch, judicial branch, or legislative branch of government during regular hours of employment. Furthermore, no teacher, employee of a school district, or superintendent of a school district shall be directed or required to perform any of the activities described in subsection one of this section as a condition of employment.
