SB 662 - This act provides that all driver training programs shall include instruction concerning law enforcement procedures for traffic stops and basic constitutional rights. This act also requires the Department of Revenue to provide first-time license recipients with similar information. This act is substantially similar to SB 419 (2017). ERIC VANDER WEERD
