SB 1095 - This act removes the requirement that a written correction order be sent, by certified mail, to the head of a facility or program inspected by the Department of Mental Health. Additionally, this act changes the time period for a reinspection from 55 days after the original inspection to 60 days after the original inspection.

This act is identical to a provision in the truly agreed to and finally passed CCS/HCS/SB 660 (2018), HB 2611 (2018), and SB 532 (2017).
