SB 833 - Currently, "electric plant" is defined to include certain property and materials used in connection with the generation, transmission, distribution, sale, or furnishing of electricity. This act also defines electric plant to include electric vehicle charging stations owned by an electrical corporation. This act is similar to HB 2365 (2018) and HB 2596 (2018). KAYLA HAHN
