SB 788 - This act requires course materials and instruction relating to human sexuality and sexually transmitted diseases to contain information about sexual harassment, sexual violence, and consent, as such terms are defined in the act. This act is identical to provisions contained in the truly agreed SS/HCS/HB 1606 (2018), HB 2285 (2018), and to provisions contained in HCS/HB 2234 (2018). JAMIE ANDREWS
