SCS/SB 766 - This act provides that a motorcycle or motortricycle may be operated on the shoulder of a state limited access highway or interstate under certain circumstances. This act also specifies a maximum top speed for such operation. This act is similar to SB 420 (2017). ERIC VANDER WEERD
