SCR 49 - Through the referendum process, a petition has been approved that has ordered an election on the enactment of Senate Substitute #2 for Senate Bill 19, to be held on November 6, 2018. Pursuant to Article III, Section 52(b) of the Missouri Constitution, this resolution moves the date of the election to August 7, 2018. This resolution is similar to HCR 102 (2018). SCOTT SVAGERA
