SJR 35 - Upon voter approval, the proposed constitutional amendment would require the joint election of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor beginning in the year 2020. This act is identical to SJR 50 (2014), SJR 4 (2013), SJR 30 (2012), and similar to SJR 23 (2002). SCOTT SVAGERA
