SB 903 - This act repeals the existing texting while driving statute, and modifies another statute requiring motorists to exercise the highest degree of care to expressly prohibit operation of a motor vehicle while using a cell phone or certain other devices, or while otherwise diverting one's attention from safe operation of the vehicle.
