SB 639 - Currently, an association may purchase a group insurance policy on behalf of its members when the association has, among other requirements, at least fifty members. This act lowers, from fifty to twenty-five, the minimum number of members an association must have in order to purchase group health insurance. ERIC VANDER WEERD
