SB 598 - This act requires that the Department of Transportation utility corridor be 12 feet wide. The location, construction, maintenance, removal, and relocation of any utility facility under this act shall be at the expense of the utility facility owner. This act is substantially similar to SB 380 (2017), and is similar to HB 1310 (2015). KAYLA HAHN
