HB 2318 - This act designates the portion of State Highway 45 Spur from State Highway 45 continuing north to State Highway 92 in Platte County the "Deputy Edward Culver Memorial Highway". This act is identical to provisions in SCS/HB 2347 (2018), SCS/HCS/HBs 2277 & 1983 (2018), HCB 14 (2018), and HCS#2/SS#2/SCS/SB 1050 (2018).
