HB 1893 - This act provides that the sale of real estate in the City of St. Louis under the Municipal Land Reutilization Law may be conducted at the front door of the city courthouse, within the city courthouse, or at any other location the presiding judge deems fit, provided that the location is specified in the notice of sale. This act is identical to provisions in the perfected HCB 23 (2018) and HCS#2/SS/SB 704 (2018). SCOTT SVAGERA
