HB 1371 - This act requires school districts with an approved gifted education program to have a process, approved by the local board of education, that allows parents or guardians to appeal a determination that their child does not qualify to receive services through the district's gifted education program.

This act is similar to HB 1421 (2018), SB 648 (2018), and HCS/HB 670 (2017).
