HB 1930 Modifies rules regarding proper display of the United States flag

HCS/HB 1930 - Currently, no state law, or city, town, or village ordinance shall regulate the exhibition of a properly displayed United States flag.

This act adds that no rule, regulation, or policy shall regulate such an exhibition as well as adding political subdivisions, special districts, and public entities to the list of bodies that shall not regulate such exhibitions.
