Current Bill Summary

SB 684 - This act requires the Board of Election Commissioners to establish, within St. Louis County, seven subdistricts for any school district that is within or adjoining another school district that itself is within, in whole or in part, a street light maintenance district with a population less than 3,000. The subdistricts shall be established for the purposes of electing directors of the first mentioned school district. The subdistricts shall be drawn as set forth in the act. The requirements of the elected members of the board are set forth in the act.

This act is identical to SB 133 (2017), similar to HB 1979 (2018) and HB 442 (2017), and substantially similar to HB 2762 (2016).
