- Senate Bill 213, a measure that would establish requirements for certain settlement offers of tort claims which must be accepted within a specified period of time (Audio: Bill sponsor, Sen. Caleb Rowden, R-Columbia, and Sen. Scott Sifton, D-Affton); and
