HCS/HCR 19 - This concurrent resolution approves a building project for the University of Missouri - Kansas City Conservatory of Music and Dance. The total estimated project cost shall be $96 million, with $48 million pledged through annual appropriations made by the General Assembly for payment of the state's portion of the project cost over a period not to exceed ten years.
