SCS/HCS/HB 50 - This act provides that Division Twelve of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit shall sit at the City of Independence, rather than Kansas City. This act is identical to provisions contained in the truly agreed to and finally passed version of SB 128 (2017), SCS/HCB 1 (2017), HB 1388 (2016), SB 439 (2015), SS/SCS/HB 799 (2015), SCS/HCS/HB 807 (2015), and HCS/SCS/SB 340 (2015), and is similar to SB 128 (2017).
