SCS#2/SB 128 - This act provides that Division Twelve of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit shall sit at the City of Independence, rather than Kansas City. This act is identical to SCS/HCS/HB 50 (2017), HB 1388 (2016) and SB 439 (2015) and to provisions contained in SS/SCS/HB 799 (2015), SCS/HCS/HB 807 (2015), and HCS/SCS/SB 340 (2015). JESSI BAKER
