HCB 3 - This act modifies the Senior Citizens Property Tax Relief tax credit program by removing renters from eligibility, making the program applicable only to home owners. This act also creates the Missouri Senior Services Protection Fund, the fund in which shall be allocated for services for low-income seniors and people with disabilities, as described in the act. This act is substantially similar to a provision contained in SCS/SBs 285 & 17 (2017). JOSHUA NORBERG
