SB 510 - This act repeals the existing texting while driving statute, and modifies another statute requiring motorists to exercise the highest degree of care to expressly prohibit operation of a motor vehicle while using a cell phone or certain other devices, and while eating, performing grooming or hygiene tasks, or reading.
