SB 279 - This act authorizes a person to receive a veteran designation on a driver's license or identification card upon submission of an Army or Air National Guard NGB Form 22 or World War II discharge documents showing a discharge status of "honorable" or "general under honorable conditions", a United States Department of Veterans Affairs photo identification card, or any other official form or discharge document establishing the applicant's service in the Armed Forces and discharge status other than "dishonorable", "bad conduct discharge", or "dismissed".
