SB 169 - This act repeals provisions of law which specify that court reporters shall receive three dollars and fifty cents a page in proceedings in any circuit court. Also, no longer is the cost of a court reporter to prepare transcripts of testimony and proceedings required to be paid for by the party requesting the production. JESSI BAKER
