SB 118 - Beginning August 28, 2017, this act voids any authority given to the Missouri Development Finance Board to expend public moneys, including but not limited to the granting of loans and grants, the issuing of bonds, and the issuing of tax credits. This act does not limit the authority of the Board to fulfill any financial obligations in effect as of August 28, 2017. JOSHUA NORBERG
