SB 72 - This act provides that physicians, podiatrists, assistant physicians, physician assistants, dentists, and advanced practice registered nurses with prescriptive authority may have their professional licenses disciplined for failure to follow the Centers for Disease Control Guideline for Prescribing Opioids and for failing to document in a patient's medical records that they followed such Guideline.
