HCR 7 - This resolution calls on the Chinese Government to end the practice of organ harvesting from prisoners as well as prisoners of conscience, specifically Falun Gong prisoners of conscience. The resolution calls for the Chinese Government to end the persecution of the Falun Gong and release all Falun Gong practitioners. The resolution calls for the President of the United States to investigate the organ transplant practices in China and calls for the prosecution for the prosecution of those found to have engaged in such unethical practices. The resolution encourages the Missouri medical community to educate colleagues and residents of Missouri about the risks of travel to China for organ transplants. Finally, the resolution declares that the General Assembly agrees to take measures to ban the entry of those who have participated in illegal removal of human tissue and organs and seek prosecution of such individuals should they be found in Missouri.

This resolution is substantially similar to SCR 8 (2017).
