SCS/HB 956 - This act authorizes the conveyance of certain state properties to certain municipalities.

JACKSON COUNTY CONVEYANCE (Section 1) - This act authorizes the conveyance of certain state properties in Jackson County to the City of Independence.

This provision is identical to the perfected SCS/SB 421 (2017) and a provision contained in HCS/SB 488 (2017).

COLE COUNTY CONVEYANCE (Section 2) - This act authorizes the conveyance of a certain state property located in Cole County to the City of Jefferson.

This provision is identical to the perfected SB 486 (2017).
