HCR 12 - This concurrent resolution expresses the General Assembly's respect and admiration for the people of Israel, commends the people of Israel for reaffirming their dedication to democratic ideals as expressed in a recent election, and restates the mission of the Missouri-Israel Cooperative Agreement which calls for projects of mutual economic benefit.
