HB 169 - This act requires the committee on government oversight and accountability of the House of Representatives to review any audit of a state agency conducted by the State Auditor. Such review shall be conducted within one year of the release of the audit. The Committee shall issue a report or letter with recommendations to the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
