SCS/HB 85 - This act adds stationary motor vehicles operated by a utility worker displaying lighted amber or amber and white lights to the list of vehicles for which drivers are required to slow down and move over upon approach. This act is similar to provisions in CCS/SB 8 (2017), CCS/SB 225 (2017), SB 187 (2017), SB 1071 (2016), HCS/HB 1449 (2016), and SS/HB 1733 (2016). ERIC VANDER WEERD
