The Senate Minute for May 12: Law-Related Legislation

JEFFERSON CITY — Senate Bill 588 would make changes to expungement laws. This measure has been sent to the executive branch. House Bill 1765 seeks to change provisions relating to judicial proceedings. This proposal needs another Missouri Senate vote before its final passage. Only one day remains in the 2016 legislative session. We’ve included actualities from Sen.
