JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri senators give first-round approval to Senate Bill 682, which would modify provisions relating to land purchases made on behalf of state departments. The measure still needs another affirmative vote before it could move to the Missouri House of Representatives for similar consideration. We’ve included actualities from Sen.
