SB 1053 - This act requires the Oversight Division of the Joint Committee on Legislative Research to perform an actuarial analysis of the cost impact to MO HealthNet if the state required the MO HealthNet Division to reimburse marital and family therapist services provided to MO HealthNet participants. The analysis shall be started on September 1, 2016, and the Oversight Division shall submit a report on its findings to persons specified in the act by December 31, 2016.
