SB 1082 - This act repeals a criminal penalty in current law associated with requirements for staff members in the Oversight Division to maintain a log on persons initiating inquiries or attempting to influence the content of a fiscal note. Also, the act repeals a criminal penalty in current law for an employee of the Oversight Division who violates his or her oath of office. JIM ERTLE
