SCR 44 - This resolution submits application to Congress for the calling of an Article V convention of the states to propose certain amendments to the U.S. Constitution which place limits on the federal government. This resolution is identical to SCS/SCRs 21, 19 and 23 (2015) and to HCR 14 (2015). JIM ERTLE
