SB 629 - Currently, the Net Metering and Easy Connection Act defines a customer-generator as having a qualified electric energy generation unit with a capacity of not more than 100 kilowatts. This act changes this capacity to not more than 1 megawatt. This act is identical to SB 75 (2015). KAYLA HAHN
