SCS/SR 2196 - This resolution establishes the Senate Committee on Utility Regulation and Infrastructure Investment to be composed of 6 members appointed by the President Pro Tempore. The Committee shall conduct studies and make appropriate recommendations on certain matters set forth in this resolution, and may present a final report to the General Assembly on its final recommendations by December 31, 2016, at which point the Committee shall be dissolved.KAYLA HAHN
