SB 1147 - Currently, the Agricultural Product Utilization Contributor Tax Credit and the New Generation Cooperative Incentive Tax Credit are set to expire on December 31, 2016. This act changes this expiration date to December 31, 2022. This act is identical to HB 2462 (2016), and is substantially similar to HCS/SB 665 (2016) and HCS/HB 2632 (2016). KAYLA HAHN
