SR 2216 - This resolution establishes the Senate Interim Committee on Long-Term Care Facilities to be composed of 5 members appointed by the President Pro Tempore. The Committee shall study and make recommendations on certain matters set forth in this resolution, and may present a final report to the General Assembly on its final recommendations by December 31, 2016, at which point the Committee shall be dissolved.
