HB 2591 - This act designates several highways. This act designates the portion of Business Highway 73 within the Cassville city limits as the "Senator Emery Melton Memorial Highway". Further, this act designates a certain portion of U.S. Highway 61 as the "Tom Boland Highway", a portion of U.S. Highway 50 as the "LeRoy Van Dyke Highway", and a portion of U.S. Highway 50 as the "Scott Joplin Memorial Highway". This act also designates a portion of State Route PP as the "PVT Billie G. Kanell Cong. Medal of Honor Memorial Highway" and a portion of U.S. Highway 67 the "SSgt Eric W. Summers Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain signs designating such highways, with the costs to be paid by private donations. KAYLA HAHN
