SB 1063 - Under current law, each year between October 1 and March 1, each hospital is required to offer influenza vaccinations to all inpatients 65 years or older prior to discharge. This act requires hospitals to offer pneumococcal vaccinations to such inpatients, as well. SARAH HASKINS
