HB 1577 - This act establishes the Commission on Capitol Security Infrastructure. The Commission shall consist of the Governor, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, or their designees. The Commission shall oversee the general supervision of the Missouri State Capitol building and adjacent state-owned buildings that house offices of the General Assembly or its staff. Currently, the director of the Department of Public Safety employs Missouri capitol police officers. This act that responsibility to the Commission. JIM ERTLE
